Velinda "Coco" Fleming is Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer for Dental Temps Professional Services, Inc. and President of Dental Temps of Northwest Florida, Inc., a staffing firm that provides employment and staffing services to dental professionals. Coco works closely with her clients to help them find solutions to any staffing needs they may have. She also gives her personal attention to the auxiliaries that enroll with Dental Temps of Northwest Florida, Inc. to find employment opportunities for them. Coco is known in Northwest Florida by dental professionals as someone that will go the extra mile to help them find the right person to join their team or to find the perfect employment opportunity. Coco completed a two year dental assisting program in Los Angeles, California to receive her Certification in Dental Assisting in 1971. Since then she has worked along side general dentists, Orthodontists, Oral Surgeons, and Prosthedontists. She has managed the back office for multi-dentist practices, and has experience as the administrative manager and receptionist in the front office. Coco has been attending dental conventions, seminars, and continuing education courses for thirty two years. She enjoys sharing this knowledge with the students, dental auxiliaries, and dentists in her area by appearing as a guest speaker for their meetings and classroom activities. Coco's further qualifications include her certification with Bent Erickson and Associates as a consultant for employment and Human Resources. She is also certified with The Bartlett Group for Integrated Performance Management. Coco has received the training required to market and consult with dentists on all applications of the IPM system including selection of dental professionals, coaching, team building, and performance management. Coco's vast dental experience, management, and entrepreneurial skills have attributed to the success of her dental staffing business that was established in 2001. As a direct result of her honest business practices and integrity Dental Temps of Northwest Florida, Inc. was invited to be a member of The Better Business Bureau and has been a member in good standing since March of 2005. Coco recently received The Better Business Bureau's 2006 Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics. Kim Knapp is President of Dental Temps of Northeast Florida, Inc. and Dental Temps Professional Services, Inc., a staffing firm that provides employment services to dental professionals. Consulting with executives from a variety of fields, she creates synergistic solutions to dental office staffing challenges. Her further qualifications include: certification as an Employment and Human Resources Consultant with Bent Ericksen & Associates and 27 years of vast dental office experience, encompassing chair side assistant, business assistant, a certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical Assistant (through the Dental Assisting National Board), hospital operating room surgical assistant, and practice administrator for multi dentist practice. Kim was honored by the American Dental Association and American Dental Assistants Association with the First Place Award during the First Annual Dental Assistants Recognition Week in 1993. She currently serves as an ambassador for the Florida Dental Assistants Association and played an instrumental role in creating the Northeast Florida Chapter of the Dental Assistants Society. Kim's past experience also includes motivational speaking and coaching to dental hygiene and dental assisting students in Florida, Virginia, and Oklahoma. In compliment to her motivational speaking and coaching abilities, Kim is also qualified to cover the topic of quality customer service in the dental office.
