Hooker Furniture Corporation (Hooker) is an importer and manufacturer of residential wood, metal and upholstered furniture. Major furniture categories include wall and entertainment units, and office, dining, bedroom, accent, occasional, as well as leather upholstered furniture for the home. The Company’s principal customers are retailers of residential home furnishings who are dispersed throughout North America. Customers include independent furniture stores, specialty retailers, department stores, catalog merchants and national and regional chains. In April 2007, Hooker acquired the assets of Sam Moore Furniture LLC.
