However, in today's environment with updated security issues, patches and software upgrades to maintain stability and security we must implement these changes with our hosting servers when necessary. As with any computer, server and operating system most of these changes require the server to re-booted which accounts for a few minutes of non-availability from time to time. These upgrades, when necessary are announced prior to the installation by email to all of our customers and are performed during non-peak time, usually 3AM - 6AM EST.
