Dr. Patel is a board certified family physician that has over 20 years of experience in his field. Our office treated infants, children, adults and geriatrics. We also do allergy skin testing and therapy for those tough Chicago allergy seasons. Our office has been in the community for over 30 years serving three generations of families. Our mission: Provide a loving and safe health care haven for all our patients.
