At a Delaware hospital, she was the Director of Critical Care and Progressive Care Unit, Director, Occupational and Community Health Services where she developed the community health programs. She still teaches classes including ACLS and CPR. Norene received her BSN from Wilmington College followed by the Masters of Science in Healthcare Administration. Bonnie has over 20 years experience in Human Resources. Most recently, she was in HR at a hospital in Delaware. She is a motivational speaker regionally presenting topics that include: Writing an effective resume, Positive Attitude, Putting Your Best Foot Forward, and other career counseling topics. She is also a columnist with Business section of the the Daily Times, Wave, Coast Press and other affiliates of Salisbury, Maryland.
