Cornerstone Behavioral Health Center, a division of Grant Blackford Mental Health, Inc. is a community mental health center that offers inpatient and outpatient services and has offices in Grant and Blackford Counties. Our inpatient unit and access crises services are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
