Donegal Group Inc. (Donegal Group) is a property and casualty insurance holding company whose insurance subsidiaries offer personal and commercial lines of insurance to businesses and individuals in 18 Mid-Atlantic, Midwestern and Southeastern states. The Company has three segments: investments, personal lines of insurance and commercial lines of insurance. The Company's personal lines of business consist primarily of automobile and homeowners insurance. Its commercial lines of business consist primarily of commercial automobile, commercial multi-peril and workers compensation insurance.
