Custer, Hill & Associates, P.C. is a law firm in Marietta, Georgia with a long tradition of providing excellent, aggressive legal representation to its clients. We focus our practice on divorce, child custody, child support, alimony and probate matters, though we enjoy litigating other civil matters as well. Lawrence B. Custer (Larry), the founding partner of the firm, was a long time Marietta resident and a ferocious litigator. While he prosecuted his clients' cases fiercely, Larry had a unique gift for helping his clients cope with the pressures of litigation by helping them put the situation into the proper perspective. Larry passed away in March of 1999, but he left a firm with a tradition of providing aggressive representation and compassion for its clients. Larry's former partners, Doug Hill and Vic Hill, continue the tradition that Larry started. We always remember that our cases are our clients' lives and we run our practice accordingly. By the way, Doug and Vic are not related. Larry claimed to, "collect Hills because it saves on letterhead."
