The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Foamex International Inc. (Foamex International). The Company operates in five business segments Foam Products, Carpet Cushion Products, Automotive Products, Technical Products and Other. As of January 2, 2005, its operations were conducted directly and through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Foamex Canada Inc. (Foamex Canada), Foamex Latin America, Inc.
