L-E-A-D is a service provided by M-A-P (Managing Asset Potential). M-A-P is an organizational development and human resource consulting company that was founded in 1999 by Sue E. Thomas. Sue developed L-E-A-D from her desire to connect her passion for horses and love of helping organizations grow. She partners with Carolyn J. Lane of Edge of Freedom Farms (www.edgeoffreedom.com) in Northeastern Ohio, which offers a beautiful relaxing environment that stimulates learning and growth. We model a team approach in our L-E-A-D programs.
