Malibu Gym is the largest fitness facility in Malibu, featuring the newest and most aggressive cardiovascular, free weight and sectorized exercise equipment in the industry including Body Master, Icarian, and Flex. Our equipment is set up in circuits to facilitate ease of workouts. Malibu Gym's line of new cardiovascular technology is second to none, featuring Stairmasters, upright and recumbent bikes by Precor, treadmills by Precor, Stepmills, and transports by Precor Eliptical. We feature televisions for your entertainment. Our free weight collection consists of rubberized Jade dumbbells from 5 lbs.to 120 lbs. and pre-weighted barbells. We offer a variety of aerobics classes from beginner to advanced. Our aerobics studio is equipped with a spring loaded floor designed to absorb shock. Classes are instructed by certified aerobics instructors offering the latest and popular specialty classes such as Cardio Kick Boxing, Spinning, Yoga, Cardio Jazz and Body Sculpting. Our new core fitness studio offers daily yoga classes appealing to all levels and styles.
