HuiPress publishes limited edition prints and multiples by top established and emerging artists with an emphasis on intaglio, photogravure and relief, and including lithography and silkscreen. As part of a newly created Artist in Residence Program, HuiPress was launched in 2004, taking fine art printmaking on Maui to a new level. Nationally & internationally recognized mid career and emerging artists are invited to work with Master Printers and University Interns in an environment designed to support creative expression in printmaking. Our aim is to foster experimentation, innovation, and collaboration, while pushing the boundaries of traditional print media.
