The Madrid Home Communities has 3 campuses. The main campus is our nursing home facility where we offer independent living, nursing care, skilled nursing, memory care, spiritual care and comfort/hospice care. MHC is an award-winning bed care facility providing long and short-term care for various ages. MHC has been in the for front on nursing home care with the move from an institutional/medical model to a social model based on relationships and knowing the residents well. The residents become part of a ?neighborhood? with all of the benefits, social, psychological, emotional, that go along with belonging. Another change to meet the needs of the residents has included a 24/7 meal schedule. Choice from independent apartments attached to the Madrid Home, or three freestanding duplexes or a freestanding apartment complexs next door on our main campus. Prices are affordable and vary according to your needs. The apartments feature an Emergency Call System as does the assisted living campuses. Assisted living can be found at either The Cedars in Madrid or Ballard Creek in Huxley and offers Flex-Rates with different service options. campus has a chapel/church and a full-time Chaplin that serves the 3 campuses.
