HRG was founded by Bob Lenburg in 1993 and has grown throughout the years to currently serving over sixty clients. Dan Stahl joined the firm in May, 2002, Mila Stahl joined in 2003 and Kevin Peternel joined in 2004. Our focus is providing quality, cost - effective HR services and advice to 1) organizations with a minimal or non - existent HR staff and 2) organizations with a HR staff who wish to augment their staff's capabilities or outsource specific projects. Together, we have approximately 55 years of business / HR experience in a variety of service and manufacturing industries. One advantage of our breadth of experience is that we are very efficient at what we do. We have personal experience in having handled the majority of issues that are presented to us by clients, and know where to research information and consult with other professionals in those instances where a new or less familiar problem is presented. The fact that approximately one-third of our clients are on an annual retainer is one indication of their confidence in our ability to help them with their HR needs as their business grows and their requirements change.
