However, Mustang Seeds, based in Madison, SD, is still family owned and continues to be a force in the seed industry today as we stand behind our products. Over 42 years ago, Mustang Seeds started providing growers with only small grains. But over the years we have adapted to the industry's changing needs-row crops. Now in our second generation of family ownership, we offer a full line of corn, soybeans, alfalfa, grasses, and sunflowers. In other words, all your seed needs. We have over 200 dealers spread throughout our trade territory of South Dakota, northwest Iowa, northeast Nebraska, western Minnesota, and southern North Dakota. A majority of our dealers are natives of their territories and know how to best meet your seed needs. Mustang Seeds is equipped with state-of-the-art technology including a unique bulk service-delivery and pickup. Many say that we led the way in the bulk area and the rest of the marketplace followed. We also added a new seed-cleaning plant to our facility in 1998. Check out our product catalog for our complete line of corn available with YieldGard® and Roundup Ready® technology-85 to 110 day maturities. Soybeans are also available Roundup Ready® and have maturities ranging from 0.2 to 2.8. In our product catalog you will also find full lines of alfalfa and sunflowers along with field, pasture, and lawn grasses.
