JMarc Technologies, LLC was formed in 1998 by John DeFilippis and Rich Andrews and merged from a prior consulting firm (Andrews Systems Consulting) which was providing consulting services to pharmaceutical companies since 1996. Both John and Rich have over 15 years of experience in the computer services industry for pharmaceutical companies - with Rich coming from Merck & Co., Inc. and John from Roche Laboratories, Inc. In each of those companies, John and Rich built document management systems, databases, web sites, desktop modeling, deskside support, and much more. Working in both global and local groups, they gained an understanding of the complexity of pharmaceutical IT services and how to get complex projects completed successfully. We formed JMarc to take our experience and strategies to pharmaceutical companies in a consulting capacity and have successfully built dozens of complex systems including call centers, document management systems, custom databases, web sites, desktop modeling, and much more. In each and every project, both John and Rich are directly involved and we also provide other staffing with seasoned professionals with many years of service in the pharmaceutical industry. Our vision is to provide quality service with direct involvement. We can work with other vendors as needed and can also provide integration services to handle even very large projects. John and Rich have also created two other businesses to handle specific vertical markets - web development and online documents. John and Rich are partners in both SmartWebDesign.com and EZOnlineDocuments.com - each focusing on a specific product line and with a long history of success. With this relationship between the companies, JMarc can seamlessly offer all of these combined services as one package.
