Remington Arms Company, Inc. (Remington) designs, manufactures and markets a line of primarily sporting goods products for the hunting and shooting sports marketplace under the Remington brand name. The Company’s operating segments form two reportable segments: the firearms and ammunition operating segments, and the remaining operating segments combined into its All Other reporting segment. Firearms designs, manufactures and imports, and markets primarily sporting shotguns and rifles. Ammunition designs, manufactures and markets primarily sporting ammunition and ammunition reloading components. All Other includes accessories and other gun-related products, licensed products. On May 31, 2007, 100% of the shares of RACI Holding, Inc.(Holding), the parent and sole stockholder of Remington, were purchased by American Heritage Arms, LLC, an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management, L.P.
