Willow is a state and federally licensed laboratory that provides responsive, high quality laboratory services. Founded in 1995 by Dr. Brian J. Strasnick, Willow has grown from four employees to over 150 employees. Willow's philosophy for this growth has been to educate its customers on the benefits of routine drug testing in substance abuse treatment, prevention and rehabilitation. Headquartered in Lynn, Massachusetts in a newly renovated 90,000 square foot building, we service many of our clients through this location. We also have local staff in various states including Vermont, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, New York and beyond to further meet the needs of our clients. Additionally, Willow maintains a fleet of courier vehicles and mobile units. Through the development of our fleet of mobile vans, Willow has built a distinct competitive advantage in the marketplace. These mobile vans contain bathrooms, running water, a reception area with carpeting, heat and air-conditioning. The mobile vans allow us to perform remote collections, a key selling point for many of our public and private sector clients. Willow services a wide-range of clients with both qualitative and quantitative drug testing via urine, saliva and hair testing. As one of the largest drug testing laboratories in the Northeast, we perform millions of drug-tests annually. Since 1996, Willow has entered into long term agreements with various state agencies to provide drug screening services. Willow also has contracts with hundreds of treatment facilities and private companies. Many of these perform pre-employment, post accident and random drug testing. Willow's state of the art drug analyzers currently process thousands of drug tests per day, with virtually unlimited capacity. All positive tests can be confirmed in-house on our Gas Chromatographer / Mass Spectrometers (GC/MS) which determines the exact substance present. In addition, Willow offers PhD level (Board Certified) Toxicologists and substance abuse specialists "on-staff" for immediate testing interpretation. We are also readily available to answer any of your questions or concerns. Our forensic experts are often called upon to testify in court on the accuracy and reliability of test results. To date, not one result has been overturned.
