We act as an offsite extension of your staffing department and PRN pool. Less administrative time and costs: We manage recruitment, advertising, interviewing, credentials and reference checking. We handle payroll and taxes associated with payroll including Medicare, Social Security, and Federal and State Unemployment Taxes. Courteous and professional staffing coordinators available 24 hours a day, 7days a week, with RN clinical support, to meet your staffing needs in a timely manner. If the patient census or the acuity changes, nurses are available at the last minute. We provide comprehensive Workman's Compensation and Professional Liability insurance. We maintain and update our nurses' files for compliance and credentialing. We offer hospitals the ability to accommodate staffing needs as patient census temporarily increases, without augmenting FTE's.
