Established in 1896, Volunteers of America of Kentucky is one of the region’s oldest, largest, and most diverse human service organizations. Today, we offer 32 distinct social service programs in Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Southern Indiana. Our services include shelter for families experiencing homeless; residential substance abuse treatment; housing for seniors with low-incomes, people with mental illness, and women with disabilities; eviction prevention; employment-focused programs for veterans; care coordination for people with HIV/AIDS; HIV/AIDS prevention, education, and testing; and neighborhood-based homes for people with developmental disabilities. Auto donations help support our work.
