Welch Builders is a family-owned and -operated business founded in 1984 by Robert J. Welch, a Bullitt County native. Bob and his son, Scott are both registered Builders who become deeply involved in the construction of every Welch home. At Welch Builders, we understand that communication between client and builder is one of the most important ingredients in any project. To ensure a rewarding and hassle-free experience, Bob and Scott work with each of our clients individually to develop a complete set of specifications prior to the signing of the contract and before any construction begins. Welch Builders' unique customer-oriented approach results in a superbly built home of lasting value. Bob Welch has been very active in the Louisville Homebuilders Association and is a past President of the Louisville HBA, Delegate to the National Homebuilders Association and Chairman of the Registered Builders Committee. Scott Welch is a member of the Homebuilders Board of Directors.
