Valley View is a church that is committed to passionate, authentic worship and ministry! We believe that worship should challenge your intellect but also stir your emotions. Worship should impact how you think and how your feel! Valley View is associated with the Long Run Baptist Association, the Kentucky Baptist Convention, and the Southern Baptist Convention because of their strong cooperation and emphasis on missions. However, we have made a choice not to use "Baptist" in our name because in our demographic setting this word is misunderstood by so many people and there are so many variations of "Baptist" churches. Additionally, we have also found it to be a barrier that prevents us from reaching the unchurched and unsaved! We do not want people tripping over "Baptist" trying to get to Jesus!
