The Motet is an interdenominational group of Louisville area singers. The Motet began in 1954 as an a cappella choir. Directed by Dave Jones, the group has grown to its present size of approximately 50 singers, two assistant directors and a choreographer. Over 500 area singers have performed in The Motet over the years.
