The shareholders of the corporation are Jon Greenfield, Stewart Gleischman, Edward Kim, Gary Leach, Paul Rodricks, David Rogers, Alfred Roven, Howard Rubin, Clive Segil, and Hormoz Zahiri. The members of the Miracle Mile Outpatient Surgery Center Governing Body are: Jon Greenfield, Chairman, Howard Rubin, Administrator, Paul Rodricks, Medical Director, Edward Kim, HIPPA Compliance Officer, and Arthur Aaronson, Community Member. The Miracle Mile Outpatient Surgery Center Governing Body and Staff are committed to making each visit a safe and pleasant experience for our patients. The Miracle Mile Outpatient Surgery Center is an ambulatory surgery facility dedicated to surgical excellence in a doctor friendly and patient friendly environment. Our 10,000 square foot surgery and rehabilitation facility has state of the art equipment, and fully licensed and board certified providers. We have the capacity to meet the needs of most ambulatory surgical and diagnostic procedures, including orthopedics, spinal diagnostics and spine surgery, podiatric, interventional pain management, urologic, plastic/reconstructive, and general surgery . Further, should the need arise for an in-patient admission, we have transfer agreements with local community hospitals. Miracle Mile Outpatient Surgery Center has three operating rooms, well equipped for both general and regional anesthetic cases. Endoscopic and laser instruments are readily at hand, as is a C-arm for radiologic imaging, and a surgical microscope for spine surgery.
