Mark Lipis has been consulting for more than 30 years, building on a successful career in corporate human resources. Starting with a BS from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Chicago, he has consulted on the staffs of Mercer Human Resources Consulting, KPMG, Watson Wyatt, and Compensation Resource Group before forming LCI in 1992.
