We provide customized individual and Corporate Health service programs for Weight Loss, Toning and Shaping, Strength, Rehabilitation and Conditioning, Sports Specific Training, Increased Flexibility, and Nutritional Consultation. We also provide referrals to prescreened alternative health care providers, which include: Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, Acupuncturist, Psychotherapist and Nutrition Specialists. It is our belief that improving one's quality of life is best achieved through preventative measures addressing the total person -- We do this by addressing each aspect of a person: Mind, Body and Spirit.
