We teach Wah Lum Kung Fu, Tai Chi and Qigong programs as well as training in Chinese medical massage, herbs, and 80 different types of weapon. We are a traditional Kung Fu school where emphasis is on teaching the techniques the way they were taught hundreds of years ago in order to preserve the tradition, art and precision of Wah Lum Praying Mantis Kung Fu.
