As of January 31st of 2003, the Company is servicing over 269,400 loans with a combined principal balance of $30.5 billion. Over 550 employees are located at the corporate offices in Aurora, Colorado which houses Central Operations, Secondary Marketing, Underwriting, Master Servicing, Accounting/Finance, Information Services, Human Resources, Legal and other operational departments. Approximately 325 employees are located in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. The primary focus of the Scottsbluff office is to perform loan servicing functions for mortgage loans Aurora Loan Services services on behalf of Lehman Brothers. Client Relations for Correspondent and Broker Lending is located in Houston, Texas, Warehouse Lending is located in Irving, California, and an Express sales office is located in Indianapolis, Indiana. Broker Funding Solutions has Regional Operations Centers in Gaithersburg, Maryland, Dallas, Texas and Aurora, Colorado.
