Levine, Jacobs & Company, L.L.C. was formed in September, 1996 as a result of a merger between two separate accounting firms, Levine, Hoffman, Blackwell and Karu, L.L.C. and Jacobs, Siegel & Company. In 1999, another merger took place with Soloway & Levine, PA. As a result of these mergers, our firm, originally founded in the 1950s, has continued to experience steady growth. Levine Jacobs now consists of eight partners and twelve employees. As a firm, we maintain memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. Our partners and staff participate in many outside activities, both professional and social.
