The local veterinarians of Middlesex Veterinary Center proudly serve pet parents in Littleton, Westford, Acton, Groton, Chelmsford and the surrounding area. We practice low-stress handling techniques, and our services include wellness exams, sick visits, vaccinations, health and travel certificates, nutrition and weight management, behavioral counseling, hospice care, euthanasia, cold laser therapy, x-ray, in-house lab, parasite testing and prevention, dental, surgery including orthopedic, mass removal, exploratory, spay and neuter, ACL reconstruction, pain management, and more.
