Paladin is an international business development, negotiations, crisis and risk management consulting firm. Our negotiations side specializes in new country entry facilitation, contract and joint venture negotiations, business development, government liaison, and international business problem solving. Paladin also teaches international business and negotiations for Colorado State University and designs in-house negotiations courses for corporations and government entities. The Special Operations Branch provides risk assessment, crisis management planning and solutions as well as security services including audits and threat mitigation oversight. It also teaches executive awareness and provides facilitation for protection of company personnel and assets in high-risk areas throughout the world. Paladin was founded in 1997 by Daniel Reid.
