Peters is a Registered Professional Engineer in Arkansas as well several other states, is the President of the Corporation and Principal Engineer for the Firm and is supported by other personnel for clerical, drafting and surveying as needed. Mr. Gregory B. Simmons has over twenty-six years experience in traffic engineering. He has worked for state and local government agencies, as well as, consulting engineering firms. Mr. Randy Tolbert brings strong computer and technical skills to the Firm and has both extensive training and experience in AutoCAD.
