We proudly operate as a private company with a longstanding presence in the markets we serve. Our varied suite of services ranges from the deployment of technical consultants to comprehensive IT managed services. IntelliMark was born in 1996 out of a series of acquisitions by its parent company StaffMark (now Edgewater Technologies). StaffMark held a series of staffing firms that included operations to service the commercial, legal and medical sectors. IntelliMark represented StaffMark's interests in the IT staffing and services sectors. Many of the entities that made up IntelliMark included organizations with an established multi-year presence in their market. In 2000, StaffMark realigned its focus and changed its name to Edgewater Technologies (Nasdaq: EDGW). IntelliMark engaged Charlesbank, LLP, a private equity firm in Boston, MA, to initiate a management-led buyout to privatize IntelliMark. This transition was completed in November 2000. Since then, IntelliMark established its headquarters in Little Rock, AR, and capitalized on the opportunity to move forward as "one company"-independent of stock market fluctuations-and make investments to better serve our clients. IntelliMark continues to outperform others in its market by remaining committed to its core values of integrity, wisdom and service excellence. IntelliMark's offerings continue to grow, enabling our clients to overcome emerging challenges such as IT security and benefit from new efficiencies through wireless infrastructures.
