"Combs & Company provides the advertising and public relations for the University of Central Arkansas. During just a one-year period, as a direct result of the marketing campaign devised by Combs & Company, the University of Central Arkansas increased enrollment in one year from 8,500 to 9,500 students. Combs & Company also developed the brand of the University "The Center of Learning". Combs & Company served for years as the marketing representative for the Arkansas Department of Higher Education. Because of Combs & Company's successful efforts, the Department of Higher Education was able to double the number of Academic Challenge scholarships. The Academic Challenge scholarship campaign was one of the most successful advertising campaigns in Arkansas' history."
