Karem Alvarez, MD, is an obgyn who practices in Plant City, Lithia, Gibsonton and Brandon, FL. She is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist in the Tampa Bay area. Dr. Alvarez was a four-year National Medical Fellowship scholarship recipient at New York Medical College and was selected to serve as chief resident while completing her residency at Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies in Orlando. She has special interests in minimally-invasive gynecology, high-risk obstetrics, infertility, and adolescent gynecologic care. Dr. Alvarez is also certified to perform da Vinci robotic surgeries.
