The Sausage Kitchen is a small, family-owned business specializing in gourmet pork, lamb, turkey and beef products. We prepare a large variety of quality foods from the finest, freshest ingredients right in our own State-inspected and certified facility. Our products are handmade in small batches, never mass produced. Try our excellent pork, lamb and turkey sausages, beef jerky, trail sticks, pork pie, cretons, homemade beans and chili. We also carry a selection of complementary items to round out your meal or party menu. Please see the products page for descriptions of our sausages and other items.
