Sandstone Construction was established in 2000, as an affiliate to Thompson Realty Group, to help eliminate steps that potential tenants had to go through for building their space. Kent Thompson, president of Thompson Realty Group and Sandstone Construction, envisioned a turnkey delivery for his clients. For the past six years, Sandstone Construction has been perfecting their internal construction model for Thompson Realty Group. While we provide Thompson Realty Group with both Design and Construction services, we are also providing outside clients with the same outstanding services. Sandstone Construction has managed individual projects for up to $6 million. We have managed projects consisting of tenant finish, major office, retail, and industrial projects, flat work, tilt-up, and cast-in-place. We believe in the relationships between the people who work for us and with us. We work closely with our owners, tenants, and subcontractors to build buildings in a timely manner. We are responsible to these people for the successful completion of a project. We realize others are economically dependent upon our management of the projects we are leading. Our goal is to do the best in the layout of the work, controlling job costs, the use of quality materials, and in the work that goes into each project.
