Since 1982, Fairfield Research, Inc. has been actively studying Interactive Media as it impacts the US consumer. Starting with magazines, books, television, VCRs and pre-recorded video market research, Fairfield has kept track of the impact of the various forms of media and their adoption by US households. Currently, Fairfield has the largest database in the world of consumer information on PC's, Video, Video Games, Interactive TV, Magazines, Radio, On-line/Internet and how each is used by the US consumer. A full-service market research firm, Fairfield performs custom telephone, mail, on-line, fax-back, focus group and automated voice surveys for clients, as well as providing a catalog of syndicated "State of the Market:" and White Paper reports on the various media. For organizational purposes we have divided our website into two areas: The Center for Interactive Technology and The Center for Media Research.
