Ohio's Allen and Putnam Counties Crime Victim Services (CVS) have a mission to help victims prevail over the trauma of their victimization. CVS believes that Restorative Justice and Healing for victims include: protection of Legal Rights, provision for Individualized Support, and Respectful Treatment from justice officials and the community.
