In 1998, Ideal Snacks Corp. moves to a 30,000 square ft facility in the Catskill region of the Hudson Valley of NY in the town of Liberty, NY. The company begins producing rice and soy cakes and crisps. Today, a consumer shift to "better for you" snacking has enabled Ideal Snacks Corp. to expand to a 250,000 square ft facility in Liberty, NY. The company produces many of the "better for you" branded snacks that are on the market today.
