Uranium City Resources Inc. (UCR) is a junior mineral exploration company focused on exploration in Canada. During the year ended December 31, 2007, the majority of the drilling was concentrated on the Company’s east target. During the year ended December 31, 2007 a total of 43 holes were drilled at the East Target for 6893.3 meters. The Company has a portfolio of 10 exploration properties in the Beaverlodge / Uranium City area. On January 17, 2008, the Company announced that it had entered into a joint-venture arrangement with North American Uranium (NAU) to earn a 50% interest (the Interest) in NAU’s Sheffield-Sops Arm property in north-central Newfoundland.(Source: ARS)
