Hope Hospice is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3)-status community-based health care program serving Lee, Hendry, Glades, Highlands, Hardee and Polk counties. Hope Hospice is a patient and family support service that keeps the patient comfortable, teaches the family to provide care, and offers emotional, spiritual support.
