The Leavenworth Public Library strives to provide excellent service to the citizens of Leavenworth. However, in order to continue to maintain that level of excellence, the library must constantly look at how it operates and make changes where they are needed to meet the growing needs of the community. This spring and summer, the library underwent a planning process that resulted in a Strategic Plan, 2004-2006 that will guide the library's services and programs for the next three years.
