Pulse Staffing is the largest provider of medical personnel in the Southeast Texas area. We have over eighteen years experience staffing the facilities of the Texas Medical Center, the largest collection of hospitals in the world. Our reputation for quality and service has allowed us to contact with every nearly every healthcare provider in the region. Over the past several years we have developed systems and processes to ensure that we hire quality personnel and are responsive to our clients' needs. We utilize the latest web-based scheduling system to manage the credentials of our employees and match their skills to our clients' requirements. This system allows us to share information between our offices in real time which supports overflow coverage, after hours calls and quality assurance activities. Oversight of our operation is provided by two RN's: one in charge of operations and credentialing and one in charge of Quality Assurance. Their years of experience in both the hospital and agency setting provides them an understanding of the unique demands of each. We are currently preparing for JCAHO staffing agency certification. This is anticipated to be complete early in the fall.
