At Ground Theory Jiu Jitsu we teach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes to all ages. Our curriculum begins with teaching students the fundamental techniques and concepts of Jiu Jitsu, laying the foundation for more advanced techniques. Training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is an excellent workout and can be used for self-defense, fitness, and competition. We teach students of varying athletic abilities to include students who have never exercised before to professional competitors. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art that focuses on using technique and leverage to overcome an opponent. Our Jiu Jitsu school is located in Lawrence Kansas.
