We offer a 4 p.m. check-out at a charge of $29.50 plus tax. Contact the Front Desk before noon the day of departure to make arrangements. Does the Imperial Palace offer shuttle service to and from the airport? We do not provide shuttle service to and from the airport. However, at the airport across from baggage claim, there are several shuttle companies that service the Strip. The cost is approximately $5-7 per person. The shuttles leave every few minutes from the airport and advance reservations are not required. Are there alarm clocks in the rooms? Yes, we do have alarm clocks in the rooms. Do the hotel rooms have cable television? We do provide cable television. The stations offered are WB, NBC, CNN, FOX, TBS, CBS, PBS, ESPN, ABC, and UNIVISION. Do the rooms have coffee makers? No, the rooms do not have coffee makers. Room service is available 24 hours a day and would be able to bring coffee to your room. Betty's Diner is now open from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. daily and serves coffee. Can the hotel provide a rollaway bed or a crib? Yes, we can provide a rollaway bed or a crib at a cost of $19 per night. There is limited availability. Do the hotel rooms have hair dryers? Yes, the hotel rooms have hair dryers. Do the hotel rooms have irons? All rooms are equipped with an iron an ironing board except rooms in the East Building. If your room is booked in the East Building and you require an iron, just contact the Front Desk and request one. Are there laundry facilities at the hotel? We provide dry cleaning service through an outside company. Contact the Bellman for prices. Do the hotel rooms have microwaves? No, the rooms do not have microwaves. Does the hotel rooms have refrigerators? No, the rooms do not have refrigerators. However, a refrigerator can be brought in at a charge of $10 per day. There is limited availability. Do the hotel rooms have in-room safes? No, there aren't any safes in the rooms. There are safety deposit boxes at the Cashier Cage, which are free of charge for guests. They do require a credit card on file or a $55 cash deposit for the key. What age do I need to be to gamble? In order to gamble in Nevada, you need to be 21 years old with state issued identification. How old do I need to be to check-in to the hotel? You must be 21 to check-in to the hotel. Does the hotel provide wheelchairs? We use a local company for wheelchair rentals. Contact the Bellman to make arrangements. Does the hotel allow pets? We allow service animals only in the hotel. Can I receive an e-mail or fax at the hotel? Yes. E-mail should be sent to frontdesk@imperialpalace.com. Faxes should be sent to 702.731.5729. There is a fee charged for these services. Do the hotel rooms have Internet access? Yes, the majority of rooms have Wireless Internet Access available. Is there a charge for parking?
