Radio One, Inc. (Radio One) is a radio broadcasting company primarily targeting African-American and urban listeners. Radio One is also engaged in a business and revenue diversification plan and has made acquisitions and investments in other complementary media properties. During the year ended December 31, 2007, the Company disposed of 18 stations in five markets pursuant to that plan. The Company’s other media acquisitions and investments include its approximate 36% ownership interest in TV One, LLC (TV One), an African-American targeted cable television network that Radio One invested in with an affiliate of Comcast Corporation and other investors; its 51% ownership interest in Reach Media, Inc. (Reach Media), which operates the Tom Joyner Morning Show, and the Company’s acquisition of certain assets of Giant Magazine, LLC (Giant Magazine), an urban-themed lifestyle and entertainment magazine. In April 2008, the Company announced the acquisition of Community Connect Inc.
