Goodhart Sons, Inc. was established in 1935 and has grown to 200 employees. We are one of the largest steel fabrication companies in the country with approximately 200,000 square feet of production space. We are an ASME code shop with U & R stamps. We also are AISC-Certified in simple bridge fabrication. Our Engineering Department consists of designers and drafts people skilled in pollution and dust control systems, conveying equipment, pressure vessel calculations, as well as most facets of structural engineering. We are a fully equipped fabrication facility and erector able to handle a variety of projects including food handling equipment. Goodhart Sons, Inc. is non-union and employs skilled craftsmen of various trades (sheet metal mechanics, iron workers, pipefitters, welders, millwrights, insulators, and electricians). Goodhart Sons, Inc. scope of fabrication is extensive and ranges from general job shop fabrication to systems and specialty equipment. Material types include carbon steels, stainless steels, aluminum, Corten, Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, and other nickel alloys. Our installation crews have traveled throughout the United States on many projects consisting of complete production line installations, presses, dryers, chillers, incineration systems, coaters, conveying equipment, ovens, and air pollution control systems.
