Since 1989, Clean Works has been a steadily growing company with a strong reputation for dependable and affordable detail oriented services. We've purposefully built a well-trained staff… Clean Works has grown from 2 people to a workforce of over 50. In 1991, we focused our efforts solely on commercial contract cleaning and devoted our training and resources into shaping a workforce specializing in commercial janitorial service. In response to customer requests, Clean Works expanded services by adding carpet and upholstery cleaning in 1994. Our management team achieved certification in quality floor care maintenance. We now offer our own truck-mounted carpet cleaning system. Clients are pleased to have Clean Works Services Incorporated offer these important services for which they can depend on one vendor for all their maintenance needs. We strive to be a full-service provider! After a decade of steady growth, we incorporated in 1999 and relocated our corporate office to 2733 Columbia Avenue in Lancaster. Unlike many of our competitors, our wonderful office facility allows us to store equipment, supplies and vehicles onsite, and serve as a high-tech home base for our work force. Responding to client requests, Clean Works expanded in 2001 to offer Facility Maintenance. This service includes basic facility repairs, including plumbing and minor electrical work along with replacement of light bulbs. Clean Works Services Incorporated is proud to be a member of the Cleaning Management Institute (CMI), Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI), Lancaster Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the Better Business Bureau.
