ORDC currently operates two centers, one in Lancaster, Ohio (Fairfield County) and one in Logan, Ohio (Hocking County). In addition, ORDC is part owner of the Perry County Rehab & Diagnostic Center, which is a joint venture between Ohio Rehab & Diagnostic Center, Genesis HealthCare System and Dox, LTD (Physicians in Perry County). and is managed and staffed by ORDC and is located in Somerset, Ohio. The facility is staffed and managed by the Ohio Rehab & Diagnostic Center. In addition to operating three centers, ORDC also provides physical therapy, diagnostic, and DME Services to a number of health care providers throughout the southern Ohio region. Doctors Hospital in Nelsonville and Adena Health System in Chillicothe are just a few of the many healthcare providers Ohio Rehab is proud to serve.
